Obstacle Course is a regular feature of SSK for cadets to develop and promote physical fitness, self-confidence, strong determination and quick reflexes. The obstacle courses includes various obstacles such as Straight Balance, Stepping Stone, Step Up, Gate Vault, Six Feet Wall, Zig-Zag Balance, Swing Over, Burma Bridge, Horizontal Rope (Monkey Crawl),Swing and Jump, Vertical Rope, Tunnel, Elbow Lift and Hand Walk.
